Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Holiday Office Closing In observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Holiday on Monday, January 19, 2026, the administrative offices of the Stroud Area Regional Police Department will be closed. When the administrative office is CLOSED, SARPD Officers are always on duty. If you need assistance or to speak to an Officer- Please call the Monroe County Control Centers Non-Emergency # 570-992-9911 to have an Officer respond to the front of headquarters to speak to you in person, if requested. There is also a telephone to the left side of the front office lobby doors to be used to contact 911 or request an officer for assistance. The phone will automatically connect to the Monroe County Control Center.

The runaway was identified as Kaylee Jones (17) of East Stroudsburg Borough. A recent photograph of Kaylee is attached to this post. She is described as 5'00", 105 lbs, with dyed red hair and multiple facial piercings. She was last seen Friday evening. We are seeking community assistance in locating Kaylee.
