The Mount Pocono Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on April 14th, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at the Mount Pocono Borough Municipal Building to review a variance request for the property at 57 Knox Street. The request seeks relief from the Zoning Ordinance's 20-foot side-yard setback requirement to allow construction with a 10-foot setback. The property, owned by the Borough of Mount Pocono, is in the Single-Family Residential Low Density Zoning District.
