Last week, I announced my support for a temporary moratorium on new data center development and introduced my “Residents First” legislative package to ensure stronger safeguards are in place as our region faces increasing large-scale proposals.

STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — After weeks of controversy surrounding Stroudsburg Borough leadership, a new mayor has been elected. Ellen Currie was officially appointed as Stroudsburg Borough's new mayor earlier this month, stepping into the role following weeks of public debate and tension. 

The former mayor, Michael Moreno, was appointed and resigned all within the same meeting.
