Bids are requested for the Acrylic Roof Coating Project at Pocono Mountain Regional Airport's South Hanger located at 188 Airport Road, Tobyhanna, PA 18466. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. Bid documents will be available starting March 23, 2026, with a mandatory Zoom pre-bid meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 10:00 am. Work is expected to start around April 21, 2026, and completed within 30 days. Prevailing wages are required, along with Bid Bond and Performance and Payment Bonds. Potential bidders must contact Mr. Jean Gold for site visit appointments. Non-Collusion Affidavit is mandatory with bids. The owner reserves the right to reject bids.
