The borough of Stroudsburg has implemented a new Short-term Rental Ordinance and refined zoning regulations to prohibit short term rentals in residential districts (R-1, R-2 and R-3) and allow it in all other zoning districts. A license and annual inspection is required, more details under Housing section on borough's website. See rules and regulations and permit application below.
Stroudsburg, PA has produced two new Community Video Tour videos. They do a great job of introducing Stroudsburg, and The Snowmen of Stroudsburg along with other GO Collaborative’s tie-in efforts in the downtown area are featured in the videos.
