A motion for a change of venue was denied for the man accused of a 2024 shooting death in Stroudsburg.
On Dec. 30, Monroe County Court of Common Pleas Judge Jonathan Mark denied several motions brought by Andrew Quattrochi, 26; his father, Joseph Quattrochi, 55; and his brother, Christopher Quattrochi, 19, all of Bushkill, including all three defendants' motion for a change of venue, without prejudice, on the basis that the defendants “failed to meet their burden of proving that the pretrial publicity has prejudiced their ability to obtain a fair and impartial jury.”
