In January 2023, Jackson Township updated its short-term rental rules and excluded the Residential and Industrial zoning areas from being eligible for new STR licenses. Last night, our boys basketball team had their senior night and last regular game of the season. They ended their season on the right track and defeated the Wallenpaupackâs team with an ending score of 69-50. Jerel Jackson was the lead scorer with 21 points and towards the end of the 3rd quarter Josh Ivers-Green had an impressive dunk, causing the crowd to go wild. The boys will continue on to the district playoffs hopefully succeeding and moving forward into the state playoffs. Good luck to them!
