Asbestos Abatement Project Invitation to Bid

The Stroudsburg Area School District is requesting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for an  Asbestos Abatement Project at B.F. Morey Elementary School. Interested contractors may obtain bid documents by emailing Meredith Smith at mrsmith@sburg.org or by visiting the district’s website at  www.sburg.org. The documents contain detailed project requirements, specifications, and bidding procedures.

"Take a lesson from both local and national events, Republicans.

Locally, in the Borough of Stroudsburg, the Borough Manager has received raises totaling 80% in just four years, while the Borough Council raised taxes 70% in eight years.

There were crowded meetings decrying this obvious mismanagement of finances.

I was there.

Nothing changed.

The Democrats held firm.
