Monroe County shooting: Man charged after drug deal turns violent (UPDATE)

A drug deal near a Monroe County housing development on Thursday evening led to a shooting that left one man injured, state police said.

Jahfari Michael Kamdar, 20, of East Stroudsburg, is facing felony charges of attempted homicide, felony aggravated assault, felony robbery, felony firearms not to be carried without a license, and felony criminal use of a communications facility.
