A New York woman was awarded more than two million dollars in a federal lawsuit against a resort in the Poconos.On March 6, a jury in the Middle District of Pennsylvania awarded Natasha Walkowicz Shea of Warwick, New York, $2.4 million in her negligence lawsuit against Kalahari Resorts & Conventions. The jury attributed 100% of the negligence in the case to Kalahari.
