WARRANTMost WantedDetails MapOn May 1, 2025, Officers from the Pocono Township Police Department were contacted by the Bushkill Township Police Department in Northampton County, regarding an inappropriate relationship between an adult and minor, which occurred at the Chateau Resort, Pocono Township. The Bushkill Township Police Officer advised that on April 26, 2025, at 0005 hours, a vehicle being driven by Stephon F Jones, the defendant in this matter and a 30 year old male, was stopped in their jurisdiction and was found to have a 16 year old juvenile female, the victim in this matter, in the vehicle. Bushkill Township Police investigated the defendant and found that he and the juvenile were involved in a relationship. Further investigation showed that the two had possibly spent time together at the Chateau Resort on February 14, 2025.
Officers investigated the relationship between the defendant and the juvenile and found that they had been seeing each other since the summer of 2024, when the victim was 15 years old. Officers located evidence that on February 14, 2025, the two traveled to the Crossings Outlets, where the defendant purchased the victim several pieces of clothing. The defendant then took the victim to the Chateau Resort and rented a room for the night. At the Chateau Resort, the defendant provided the victim hard alcohol drinks until she passed out and became unconscious. At this time, the defendant began sexually assaulting the victim until she was awaken by the assault and advised the defendant to stop, which he did. The defendant then left the resort and left the victim alone in the room until the next day, when he returned, picked the victim up and drove her home.
