Locust Ridge Quarry Operation is located in Tobyhanna Township, Monroe County. The application seeks to renew the existing NPDES permit number PA0613037 for an additional five-year period. No changes to the discharge are made with this application. The site is located approximately 1.7 inches north and 8.1 inches west as measured from the bottom right corner of the Thornhurst, PA U.S.G.S. 7.5-Minute Topographic Quadrangle map.
