SMITHFIELD TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 2026 GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES Proposals for seasonal grounds maintenance services will be accepted by the Smithfield Township Board of Supervisors at the Township Municipal Center at 1155 Red Fox Road, East Stroudsburg, PA, 18301, until 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 20, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded at the regularly scheduled Board of Supervisors meeting on March 25, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Township Municipal Cen-ter.
