Stroud Township Board of Supervisors will publicly open sealed bids for quarry stone and road construction materials at their regular meeting on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 7 PM. Bids must be submitted by 3:00 PM on the same day to the Township Manager in sealed envelopes marked "Quarry Stone Bid." The bid awards will be announced at the Board's meeting on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 7 PM. Bidders must adhere to PennDOT specifications, provide a proposal security of 10% of the bid amount, and a performance bond of 50% if selected. The public interest lies in ensuring fair procurement practices
