The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) intends to issue Plan Approval 45-00005D to Sanofi Pasteur Inc for their plant in Pocono Township, Monroe County, PA. This approval is for installing a new Egg Waste Dehydration system as part of their vaccine manufacturing process. The system will control VOC emissions with a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer.
