Eureka Stone Quarry, Inc. plans to conduct blasting activities at its Saylorsburg Quarry in Stroudsburg Township, Monroe County. The blasting will occur Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Warning signs will be posted, access roads will be barricaded before blasts, and audible signals will be sounded before and after detonation for safety. In case of emergencies or safety concerns, unscheduled blasts may occur. Residents concerned about the blasting schedule can contact the Quarry at 570-992-4210 to be added to a notification list.
