Mon, 22 Dec 2025 00:00:00 LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Pocono Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, will hold a Public Hearing to be held at 6:00 p.m. on the 5th day of January, 2026, at the request of Volare Ristorante, for an economic development restaurant liquor license (“EDR License”) from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (“PLCB”) for their facility located at 2756 Route 611, Suite 101, Tannersville (Pocono Township), Monroe County, Pennsylvania 18372, pursuant to the Pennsylvania Liquor Code 47 P.S. § 1-101,
