The purpose of the hearing is to consider the application of Lindenmere Sports and Arts Center, LLC for a variance from § 470-17(C)(2) of the Pocono Township Zoning Ordinance, which limits the height of a principal building in the Low Density Residential (R-1) zoning district to 35 feet
