Monroe County Coordinated Campaign posted on their FB page: "Just an FYI, today we were notified that Theresa Johnson, her family and her LLC which owns her families bar are suing the Monroe County Coordinated Campaign in a civil lawsuit though no details are listed on the court website and no one has been served. This appears to be an attempt to cow us into silence about the publicly available LSA Grant gambling tax money that went to her private business. The lawsuit bizarrely lists Teri VanBritsom, a registered Republican who is not associated with the Coordinated Campaign, who as far as we know only shared the information on Facebook.
In the spirit of complete transparency we will post more about this attempt to silence us as we learn more.
