Spring Holiday Closure – Access EMPL Online!
In observance of Easter, all Eastern Monroe Public Library locations — including the Hughes Library, Library of the Smithfields and Bookmobile services — will be closed on Sunday 4-5-26.
Even though our buildings are closed, EMPL is always open online!
