December 19, 2025 –
In a letter dated December 19, 2025, Barrett Township Solicitor Todd W. Weitzmann informed attorney F. Andrew Wolf of Cramer, Swetz, McManus, Jordan & Saylor, P.C. that the Board of Supervisors has appointed him as limited conflict counsel to the township's Board of Auditors.
Weitzmann stated that the Auditors had requested a written legal opinion regarding matters to be addressed at their reorganization meeting scheduled for January 6, 2026. He declined to provide the opinion due to actual and anticipated conflicts with his ongoing representation of the Board of Supervisors.
