On April 16, 2025 at approximately 1927 hours, Officers of the Pocono Township Police Department responded to 364 Joanne Ct to conduct a welfare check requested by the Defendant who was claiming that a male at this location was abusing two children ages 7 and 11.  During the course of the investigation it was determined that this was a false report and was a means of intimidating the male due to an issue over the payment of a bill.  Charges of Misuse of 911 system and False Reports have been filed on the Defendant.
