Officers made contact the driver, Ruturaj Soman, 41-year-old male from Whitehouse Station, New Jersey, who displayed signs of impairment. Officers conducted a DUI investigation, which lead to the arrest of Soman for driving under the influence. Soman was processed at the Monroe County Correctional Facility and has been charged accordingly.
