ARRESTDetails MapOn the evening of October 23, 2025, at approximately 10:24 PM, Pocono Township Police Department officers responded to a reported physical domestic incident at the intersection of Cranberry Road and Sycamore Drive. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim, an 8-year-old boy, and his mother. They alleged that the mother's boyfriend, Aero Smith, had physically assaulted the child by grabbing his neck before forcing them out of his vehicle and fleeing the scene. Following an investigation, authorities obtained approval from a Monroe County Assistant District Attorney to charge Aero Smith with simple assault and harassment. With the assistance of the Pennsylvania State Police, Aero Smith was subsequently located and taken into custody. All persons should be presumed innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
