ARRESTDetails MapOn July 14th, 2025, at approximately 2342 hours, Pocono Township Police Department was dispatched to the area of Cherry Lane Road between Our Lady of Victory Church and Learn Road for a motor vehicle accident. Officers located a 2016 Chevrolet Impala bearing a PA registration off the side of the road crashed into a tree. Officers located the driver, Juan Sanchez, 26-year-old, from Delaware Water Gap returning to the vehicle after leaving. Juan admitted to driving the vehicle and through further investigation, officers found that Juan was under the influence of a controlled substance. Juan was placed into custody and transported to Monroe County DUI Center and was charged with driving under the influence of drugs and other related charges.
