On October 31, 2025, at approximately 5:55 pm, Pocono Township Police responded to a single-vehicle accident on Camelback Rd near Resort Dr. Upon arrival, officers found a white Acura MDX off the roadway, having struck a tree.

During the investigation, officers detected the odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle and the defendant's person. Based on further investigation the driver, identified as Kristopher Pizarro, was taken into custody for suspicion of Driving Under the Influence (DUI).
