On May 29, 2025, at 6:42 p.m. the Stroud Area Regional Police were dispatch to 290 Lincoln Avenue for a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival the disturbance was unfounded, however the officer recognized Demetrice Juwa Peterson who was on sidewalk and parking lot of the address. He had previously been trespassed from the address on January 4, 2025. Peterson was also found to have an active warrant, and he was taken into custody and transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility for commitment on the warrant.
Charges were filed and an arrest warrant was issued for Demetrice Juwa Peterson.
