Officers made contact with the operator of the vehicle, Kristie Lyons-Donovan, the defendant in this matter, who was showing several signs of impairment while speaking with Officers.
An investigation was conducted and Lyons-Donovan was placed in to custody for suspicion of DUI and transported to MCCF DUI Center for processing.
