ARRESTDetails MapOn January 18, 2026 at approximately 0410 hours, an Officer with the Pocono Township Police Department was on patrol on SR 0611 near the Pocono Brewing Company when they observed a vehicle to be stopped on the side of SR 0611 with their hazards on and brake lights on. The officer observed a male, later found to be 46 year old Paul Lim of Blue Bell, PA, to be sleeping in the driver's seat with the vehicle still in drive. A DUI investigation was conducted roadside where Lim showed signs of impairment. Lim was taken to the Monroe County DUI Center where he consented to a blood draw. Lim's blood alcohol level at the time of contact was well above the legal limit. Lim has been charged with DUI General Impairment and DUI High Rate of Alcohol.
