On December 22, 2025, at around 9:36 pm, the Pocono Township Police Department responded to a Henryville residence. Upon arrival, the victim reported being physically assaulted by Piotr Lapinski, alleging that he pushed her to the ground and attempted to choke her. When officers attempted to apprehend Lapinski, he resisted arrest, but was eventually taken into custody. He was subsequently transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility for arraignment. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
