On September 22, 2025 at approximately 1535 hours, a Pocono Township Police Officer was on patrol in the area of Bartion Court and was aware that Todd Koerner possessed an active arrest warrant for Terroristic Threats.  The Officer approached Koerner and attempted to place him under arrest for the warrant.  Koerner became aggressive and tensed up, refusing to put his hands behind his back.  A brief struggle ensued and Koerner was cuffed once back up arrived. Koerner was transported to Monroe County Correctional Facility for the warrant and charged additionally with Resisting Arrest and Obstruction of Justice.
