ARRESTDetails MapOn December 31st, 2025, at 2019 hours Officers with the Pocono Township Police Department responded to Camelback Lodge for an intoxicated male who was acting disorderly in the resort and refusing to leave after being told to do so by security several times.
Officers arrived on scene and made contact with the defendant in this matter, 34-Year-Old Barry Guglielmo of Saylorsburg, PA and informed him multiple times that he needed to leave since he was being trespassed from the resort, and he refused to do so. Officers advised Guglielmo if he did not leave, he would be arrested but he still refused to leave.
While attempting to take Guglielmo into custody, he resisted arrest and a brief struggle occurred. Guglielmo was subsequently taken into custody and transported to MCCF where he was processed on these charges.
