ARRESTDetails MapOn November 13, 2025 at approximately 0359 hours, Officers of the Pocono Township Police Department made contact with Robert G Giardini Jr during which time he reported being assaulted by his son, Robert J Giardini, the Defendant in this matter, while he was sleeping in his residence at 232 Buck Fever Trl. Officer observed fresh scratches on both sides of Giardini Jr's neck. Officers then responded to the residence where the Defendant was arrested without incident. The Defendant was transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility to await arraignment on charges of Simple Assault and Harassment.
