On November 29, 2025 at approximately 1603 hours the Pocono Township Police were dispatched to a report of a physical domestic in the parking lot of the Crossings Outlets. The victim called 911 and advised that her husband, Oginga Chapman, of Long Pond, punched her in the face and was continuing to do so while on the phone with 911. The victim advised that this was all occurring while he was driving through the parking lot in a black Chrysler Town and Country. Officers located the vehicle attempting to leave the Outlets and took Chapman into custody where he was the placed into Monroe County Correctional Facility.
