Following a brief inquiry, it was established that Fionna Caro, a 36-year-old female resident of Mt. Pocono, and her associate Thomas Decrescenzo stole merchandise valued at over $80. Due to a prior criminal history, a felony arrest warrant was issued for Caro. Caro turned herself in on the warrant and was arraigned on May 23, 2025 by MDJ Daniel Kresge. Bail was set at $15,000 unsecured. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
