On October 20, 2025 at approximately 2103 hours, Officers of the Pocono Township Police Department responded to 2756 Rte 611, Chohan's Food Mart, in reference to an employee hearing noises from a vacant office area located above the business.  Upon checking the structure Officers encountered Marconi A Armond inside the vacant office area and through the investigation found that he did not have permission to be in the building and had entered through a locked door.  Armond was arrested and charged with Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Possession of a controlled substance, and Possession of drug paraphernalia.  Armond was found to also have an outstanding arrest warrant out of the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.
