PUBLIC NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council of Delaware Water Gap will hold a special meeting on Monday, December 2, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., at the Borough Building, 49 Main Street, Delaware Water Gap, Pennsylvania 18327. The purpose of the special meeting will be to discuss fire protection in the Borough of Delaware Water Gap. Council’s regularly scheduled monthly meeting will be held, as previously advertised, at 7:00 p.m. after the special meeting.
STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The Perkins Restaurant & Bakery location in Stroudsburg will permanently close next week due to the Interstate 80 expansion, officials stated.
Perkins Restaurant & Bakery (Perkins American Food Co.) in Stroudsburg will close its doors on December 2.
Ryan Troup, Perkins Vice President of Human Resources stated the decision to close comes as a result of the continued Interstate 80 expansion project.
