Drug, Alcohol and Counseling Services RFP Info Session

PUBLIC NOTICE Request for Proposals (RFP) The Monroe County Commissioners announce the availability of Requests for Proposals (RFP) for Drug, Alcohol and Counseling Services at the Monroe County Correctional Facility (MCCF) to deliver comprehensive drug, alcohol and behavior health counseling services to incarcerated individuals. RFPs will be accepted by the Monroe County Controllers' Office, One Quaker Plaza, Room 206, Stroudsburg, PA 18360 (Phone 570-517-3102) until Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 1:30 PM. RFPs will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM in the Commissioners' Public Meeting Room, Monroe County Administrative Center, One Quaker Plaza, Room 203, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. Proposals will be addressed at the regularly scheduled commissioners meeting on July 15, 2026, at 9:30 AM. Licensed providers interested in submitting a proposal for the Drug, Alcohol and Counseling Services may request an RFP packet from the MCCF, by emailing eruddy@monroecountypa.gov or at the county's' website monroecountypa.gov If you require any special accommodation to obtain or submit a proposal, please provide reasonable notice of your needs to the Monroe County Correctional Facility.
