The Tunkhannock Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to consider Short-Term Rental Appeals of SPSTR1 LLC for Violations 1 and 2 on January 6 and 7, 2026. The hearing will address the violations under STR Ordinance 2019-001 at the property located at 110 Tunkhannock Drive, Albrightsville, PA 18210, Indian Mountain Lake. All interested parties are welcome to attend and present relevant evidence regarding the application.
