PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Penn Estates Property Owners Association (PEPOA), Stroud Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, for Sports Complex Improvements – Court Renovations and Installations, including all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. Bid documents may be obtained by submitting a request to Phyllis Haase, Community Manager, via email at phyllishaase@pepoa.org.
