Abandoned Puppies Details Map On February 24, 2026, at approximately 19:10 hours, the Stroud Area Regional Police Department responded to a report of animal abandonment at the Yuppy Puppy on Frantz Road in Stroud Township.
The incident involved three puppies being left at the Yuppy Puppy store. The suspect brought the puppies into the store, placed them on the counter, and then departed in an unknown vehicle.
The Stroud Area Regional Police Department is seeking assistance in identifying the individual responsible for abandoning the puppies.
