The borough of Stroudsburg has implemented a new Short-term Rental Ordinance and refined zoning regulations to prohibit short term rentals in residential districts (R-1, R-2 and R-3) and allow it in all other zoning districts. A license and annual inspection is required, more details under Housing section on borough's website. See rules and regulations and permit application below.
On Wednesday, National Honors Scholarship (NHS) in partnership with the American Red Cross, will host their annual Blood Drive from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Students and staff have to sign up to have the opportunity to donate. At this point, all of the main spots have been filled. You can still sign up, but you will be placed on the waiting list.
