The borough of Stroudsburg has implemented a new Short-term Rental Ordinance and refined zoning regulations to prohibit short term rentals in residential districts (R-1, R-2 and R-3) and allow it in all other zoning districts. STROUD TOWNSHIP, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Authorities say a Stroudsburg man was arrested after allegedly beating a 60-year-old man with a belt before stabbing him on Tuesday.
The Stroud Township Police Department says 26-year-old Stroudsburg resident, Jerry Morris, is facing multiple charges, including Felony Count of Attempted Criminal Homicide and Aggravated Assault, among other related charges.
