The borough of Stroudsburg has implemented a new Short-term Rental Ordinance and refined zoning regulations to prohibit short term rentals in residential districts (R-1, R-2 and R-3) and allow it in all other zoning districts. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Stroud Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 8, 2024, beginning at 2:00 P.M., at the Stroud Township Municipal Center, 1211 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania 18360. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Budget Store & Lock, Inc.’s application to amend the conditional use decision dated June 3, 2014 (as amended and restated and approved by Court Order dated November 21, 2014).
The fee is waived for Stroud Township residents, residents of reciprocating Monroe County municipalities and PA licensed fishermen when fishing.
