The borough of Stroudsburg has implemented a new Short-term Rental Ordinance and refined zoning regulations to prohibit short term rentals in residential districts (R-1, R-2 and R-3) and allow it in all other zoning districts.  A license and annual inspection is required, more details under Housing section on borough's website.  See rules and regulations and permit application below.

On Sunday, February 17th we opened the doors on the exhibition as Winterfest in downtown Stroudsburg was wrapping up. From 3-6pm we spoke with tourists, artists, teachers, and loved ones who came to enjoy the multitude of works from K-12 students from our region.
