Short-term rentals or Transient Dwelling Units as they are referred to as in Pocono Township are not allowed in R-1 and R-2 zoning areas in Pocono Township. Short term rentals are only allowed in C (Commercial) zones and RD (Recreational District) zones. They took to the slopes of Camelback Mountain Saturday to support the national non-profit Boarding for Breast Cancer (B4BC) at an annual event at Camelback Resort.
The foundation stresses prevention through living a healthy active lifestyle, encouraging testing for early detection, and providing support to survivors.
One of those survivors became a volunteer with the organization before she was ever diagnosed with breast cancer.
