Details about our township parks.

Seven East Stroudsburg University students, who took Teaching of Communications during the spring 2023 semester after serving as “buddies” to German preservice teaching students who were on ESU’s campus during the fall 2022 semester, participated in a two-and-a-half-week field experience through the University of Landau-Konblenz in Landau in der Pfalz, Germany.

Due to the Independence Holiday, the Borough Council Meeting Schedule for July 2023 is as follows: Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at 7:15PM Monday, July 24, 2023 at 7PM The Borough Council Work Session scheduled for Monday, June 26,2023 at 7PM has been canceled.

The Zoning and Planning Committee for Tuesday, October 10, 2023 has been canceled. The Operations Committee Meeting for Wednesday, October 11, 2023 has been canceled.

The Zoning Hearing Board Hearing for 256 North Courtland St, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301 has been canceled for Thursday, October 19, 2023.

The Borough has declared a Snow Emergency as of 6AM Saturday, January 6, 2024. The Snow Emergency will remail in effect until 8AM Monday, January 8, 2024. Snow Emergency Routes are marked with signs. A Snow Emergency is declared and put into effect to enable the removal of snow by Borough Public Works crews on the Snow Emergency Routes. Do Not Park on the Snow Emergency Routes or on the wrong side of the street. ALL VEHICLES ILLEGALLY PARKED WILL BE TICKETED AND TOWED AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE. Snow Emergency Signed Notice
