The plan will assess reentry service providers, identify gaps, and develop reentry wrap-around service support strategies. The consultant will oversee the progress of the program goals, objectives, and activities for the Monroe County FY24 Reentry Strategic Plan Grant awarded by the PA Commission on Crime and Delinquency.
