Thu, 23 Jan 2025 00:00:00 On September 17, 2024, the State Board of Dentistry assessed $600 in the costs of investigation, and placed on indefinite suspension, retroactive to February 6, 2024, the dental hygienist license of Janel Elizabeth Keppel, license no. DH067595, of Stroudsburg, Monroe County, because she is unable to practice as a dental hygienist with reasonable skill and safety to patients by reason of illness, drunkenness, excessive use of controlled substances, chemicals or any type of material, or as the result of any mental or physical condition.
