Home prices in Monroe County rose in March compared to a year earlier, while fewer homes hit the market and sales slowed, according to data from the Pocono Mountains Association of Realtors.
The data shows the median sales price was up 10.2% to $336,000 year over year, while new listings dropped 17.9% compared to March 2025. Inventory also fell 6.4% to 656 active listings, and closed sales were down 19.2% from a year ago.
